Cancellation / No Show Policy

Our Patients are our priority, and we seek to provide the best quality individualized care in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The booking process involves several staff members including both administration and medical. Cancellations, Late or No Shows create inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other patients who need access to medical care in a timely manner.

It is understandable that situations may arise when you may need to cancel or rebook your appointment and we appreciate advance notice when that happens.

Due to the large block of time needed for bookings and preparation, any sort of cancellation after booking will cause problems and added expenses for the office.

Therefore, every cancellation will attract a 25 % fee; this will not be covered by your insurance company.

Please note a rebook is not considered as a cancellation if you do so before the appointment date. For your convenience you will be given two windows to rebook, that is if you can’t make your first appointment you will be able to rebook up to a maximum of two times. If you are unable to attend your initial appointment as well as the two rebooked appointments, your appointment will be considered to be cancelled and the above cancellation procedure will apply.

Please note refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.

Thank you for your consideration.
